What is the Coffee County Leadership Program?
A one and one-half day mandatory orientation retreat traditionally begins the program at which time the participants are introduced to the goals and objectives of the program. It is designed specifically to acquaint the class members with each other and Coffee County Leadership goals. This is accomplished by planning very informal get-acquainted activities for the first portion of the retreat. The following day participants began the learning process with instruction in leadership skills, team building, communication skills and creative problem solving.
